Take one bowl in it mix curd, salt, turmeric powder,garam masala, panner marinate it for ten minutes,
Steam the rice and do tadka of jeera and add mint leaves , safforany milk and fried onions to it. mix well.
Take a pan add oil ,ghee, jeera, tej pata, laung , elaichi, chopped onions , garlic chilli paste. Now cook for 2 mins.
Now add tomatoes , methi leaves, and marinated paneer into the pan and cook well for 2 mins. Now add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, and some mint leaves. Mix well and keep it aside.
Take a bowl greece it with oil. Set fried onions, mint leaves, and cashews at the bottom. Now make the first layer of steamed rice , then second layer of methi paneer , and again add rice layer to it. Press it well with spatula. Now unmold it upside-down in serving plate.
Ready to serve with annar raita/curd.
